Credit and equity markets: the arrival of Alessandro Noceti in Valeur Group
After working eight years at Credit Suisse International, in 2015 Alessandro Noceti joined Valeur Group, an independent firm specializing in asset management, investment advisory, trading, research, and real estate services. On the strength of the specialized skills he has developed over the years, he was appointed Director of Valeur Capital Ltd, a London-based company which represents the heart of the Group's asset management and customized investment product services. Authorized and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority, the company manages Luxembourg-based funds (SIF and UCITS), while carrying out research and market analysis along with the other entities of the Group. Since 2019, Alessandro Noceti has also been Director of Valeur Securities SA: based in Switzerland, the company is the trading desk of the Group and provides an investment platform with wide access to the market. It is authorized by the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority (FINMA) for the distribution of collective investment schemes, and counts on a team of traders with extensive experience in dealing with both traditional and alternative asset classes, as well as with order execution. The companies headed by Alessandro Noceti operate in synergy with Valeur SA and Valeur Concept SA, the two other entities belonging to the Group.
Credit and equity markets: Alessandro Noceti's previous professional roles abroad
Alessandro Noceti's successful career is the result of a strong specialized education and many years of professional experience abroad. A recognized professional in the credit and equity markets, he graduated in Economics at the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia. In 2007 he continued his education by earning a Master in European Business Studies with major in Finance at the ESCP-EAP European School of Management (London/Turin). During this educational experience, he also took part in the BDE Committee as a Member. He further enriched his academic record in 2018, when he obtained a Master in Business Administration at the ESCP Business School in London. Alessandro Noceti built his career entirely abroad: in 2008 he joined Credit Suisse International (London) to work as Analyst for the Investment Banking - Equity and Fixed Income Derivatives Sales Department. Subsequently, he held roles of increasing responsibility at the Credit Suisse International, serving first as Associate in charge of covering sales for Italian retail and institutional clients (2010-2011), and later as Vice President in charge of covering sales for the Italian Real Money sector (2012-2014). In those years, the manager had the chance to develop several specialized skills: this made him the right fit for the position of Director, which he took on in 2015 with responsibility for the Italian Pension Fund cluster. Among his many skills, Alessandro Noceti can speak several languages, including Italian, English, and Spanish.
