Alessandro Noceti’s professional biography includes a strong specialized education and many years of international experience. Today he is Responsible for Distribution at Valeur Group, an independent business specialized in asset management, investment advisory, trading, research, and real estate services. He joined the Group in 2015 to take on the positions of Director of Valeur Capital Ltd and Valeur Securities SA, two roles he still holds today. His extensive experience includes the areas of financial engineering, asset management and investment advisory.

Since his arrival at Valeur Group in 2015, Director Alessandro Noceti has been leading Valeur Capital Ltd in line with the primary goal of developing the most appropriate fund strategies – a commitment that results from the wide experience he gained from working many years in the world of finance. Specifically, Valeur Capital Ltd is the London-based company representing the heart of the Group’s asset management and customized investment product services. The company manages Luxembourg-based funds (SIF and UCITS) and is authorized and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. Along with the other entities of the Group, Valeur Capital Ltd carries out research and market analysis to develop the most appropriate fund strategies. It deploys the most advanced financial engineering techniques, in order to build and price customized products. Since 2019, Alessandro Noceti has also been Director of Valeur Securities SA, a company based in Pfäffikon (Switzerland) and representing the trading desk of Valeur Group. Valeur Securities SA provides an efficient investment platform with wide access to the market, with a team of traders leveraging extensive experience in dealing with both traditional and alternative asset classes, as well as with order execution. The company is authorized by the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority for the distribution of collective investment schemes.
Alessandro Noceti’s extensive experience in the world of finance
Alessandro Noceti joined Valeur Group after working many years in the financial world. His career started in London in 2008, when he joined Credit Suisse International to work as Analyst in the Investment Banking - Equity and Fixed Income Derivatives Sales Department. After serving as Associate in charge of covering sales for Italian retail and institutional clients (2010-2011), he took on further roles of increasing responsibility: specifically, Vice President with responsibility of covering sales for the Italian Real Money sector (2012-2014) and, subsequently, Director – an appointment which saw him in charge of the Italian Pension Fund cluster. The latter was his last professional role at Credit Suisse International before moving to Valeur Group. Alessandro Noceti’s successful career is also the result of a strong specialized education: after graduating in Economics at the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia, Italy, in 2007 he earned a Master in European Business Studies, with major in Finance, at the ESCP-EAP European School of Management (London/Turin). He also took part in the Institute’s BDE Committee as a Member. While already working, in 2018 he further enriched his academic education with a Master in Business Administration, which he obtained at the ESCP Business School in London. Alessandro Noceti can speak several languages, including Italian, English, and Spanish.
