Before earning a Master's degree in European Business Studies in 2007 with major in Finance at ESCP-EAP European School of Management (London/Turin), where he was also a Member of the BDE Committee, Alessandro Noceti attended the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia, graduating in Economics. He then obtained another Master's degree in Business Administration from ESCP Business School in London, the same city where he started his career as Analyst at Credit Suisse International in the Fixed Income and Equity Derivatives Team. Later, the Department appointed him as Associate for covering sales for Italian retail and institutional clients from 2010 to 2011 and then as Vice-president covering sales for the Italian Real Money sector (2012-2014). In January 2015 Alessandro Noceti was elected Director, dealing with the Italian Pension Fund cluster.

In April 2015 he was appointed Director at Valeur Capital Ltd (United Kingdom), a position he currently holds and since 2019 Alessandro Noceti has also been Director at Valeur Security SA (Switzerland), both companies are part of Valeur Group together with Valeur Securities SA and Valeur Concept SA.

Alessandro Noceti is currently Director at both Valeur Capital Ltd and Valeur Securities SA - two companies which belong to Valeur Group - and plays a key role as Responsible for the Group's Distribution. With more than 10 years' experience in the credit and equity sectors, he has built his career path with several professional roles of increasing responsibility. After graduating in Economics at the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia, he completed his education with a Master in European Business Studies with major in Finance at the ESCP-EAP European School of Management (London/Turin), where he was a Member of the BDE Committee. Furthermore, he also earned a Master in Business Administration at the ESCP Business School in London. In the following years he held roles of increasing responsibilities within the same division. In 2010-2011 Alessandro Noceti took care of Italian retail and institutional shareholders commercial roofing as Associate, while in 2012 he was appointed Vice President, which led him to operate in the Real Money sector. In all those years he developed several specialized skills which made him the right fit for the role of Director of Italian Pension Fund commercial roofing when the time came in 2015. Among his many skills, Alessandro Noceti can also speak fluent Italian, English and Spanish.

Apart from the London-based Valeur Capital Ltd, which is specialized in managing customized mandates tailored on clients' requirements, Valeur Group is composed by three other companies: Valeur SA (asset manager of foreign collective investment schemes pursuant to the Federal Act on Collective Investment Schemes), Valeur Concept SA (covering the range of real estate investment solutions and architectural services) and Valeur Securities SA (specialized in trading and distribution). The first two are based in Lugano, whilst the latter is in Pfäffikon. Since 2019 Alessandro Noceti has also been Director of Valeur Securities SA, which is authorized by FINMA for the distribution of the collective investment schemes.
