As recently announced by CEO Lorenzo Vangelisti, Valeur Group has completed the acquisition of SaaS multi-dealer platform LinkedTrade. The CEO described the operation as "a milestone" in expanding the Group's investment solutions and technology edge.

By leveraging LinkedTrade's high degree of innovation and technological expertise, the acquisition will result in greater efficiency, up-scaled distribution channels, and reduced operational risks for the Group. "We are very proud of this agreement", the CEO added, explaining how the acquisition "enables us to provide our clients with an increasingly comprehensive service and is the starting point to develop LinkedTrade's technology further". As announced, LinkedTrade will remain independent while leveraging Valeur Group's investment strategies. "We share their strategic view and founding values of professionalism, accuracy, and a result-oriented approach", LinkedTrade's CEO Nicolas Gaumont-Prat pointed out: "It is the beginning of a successful partnership that will allow us to accelerate our developments in LinkedTrade and broaden our digital services".

Born in Mendrisio (Switzerland) in 1977, Lorenzo Vangelisti received his high school diploma from the "Scuola cantonale di commercio", one of Bellinzona's high schools. He continued his education with a Swiss Certified Banking Specialist Certificate, which he obtained in 2001 from Centro di Studi Bancari - Vezia (Switzerland), and a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Certificate received in 2004 from the CFA Institute in Charlottesville, VA (USA). After finishing his studies, he soon began working at a high-profile financial firm: in 1996 he joined Credit Suisse International as an Assistant Relationship Manager in the Private Banking Division. After specializing in structured products and derivatives, Lorenzo Vangelisti continued his career with further positions of responsibility at Credit Suisse, first as Structured Products Specialist and then as Vice President of the Private Banking Network. Lorenzo Vangelisti was born in Mendrisio, Switzerland, in 1977. He grows up there and he attends Scuola Cantonale di Commercio, a high school located in the near municipality of Bellinzona. As soon as he graduates from high school, he is hired by a leading financial services company, Credit Suisse International. In 2007 he is relocated to London to take on the role of Director of the Fixed Income and Equity Derivatives Team in the Investment Banking Division. Here he takes care of Swiss, Italian and Monaco's institutional clients.
